Great car. Easy pickup and dropoff. Perfect for a ski trip to tahoe

2nd time with this host, and I just have to say how they helped me out in a stressful situation! While vacationing, our own vehicle had a mechanical issue and had to be out in the shop, so we needed something fast that would accommodate our needs! Our condo was in Incline, and had to be checked out by 11 am the next day, so we needed to trade our previous rental with Guy for a pickup that we would be able to load our stuff and be able to handle the snow! With a very quick response- we were able to switch out vehicles, get a truck with 4-Wheel Drive AND chains! We were able to get to our destination, get our stuff loaded before checkout time and make it back to our truck the next day after being repaired! They came to our rescue when we were in dire need! We are so thankful for all their help and commitment to their customer! They are a 10+ star host- do not hesitate to use them, because they are truly there to help you get to your destination!!! Thank you SO much!!!!

The car was a fun drive! Felt safe driving up the mountains and making our way to Tahoe! The location of pick up and drop was at the RNO airport was easy. The code to the truck helped for easier access. The truck ran amazing! The owners were very quick to respond and helped me out when trying to get Bluetooth connected! It was a very easy and less stress way of renting a vehicle!
