Pro: Picking up the truck was flawless and the person I communicated with for the pickup was prompt and professional.
The truck came with full tank of gas. No driving issues and the 4x4 was great during high inclines.
However, I had a few complaints about the truck…
Cons: First, the car smelled like smoke.
The trunk of the car was filthy with mud and wasn’t able to utilize the bed for luggage. Luckily, this trip was for myself and fiancé so we were able to place our items in the passenger row. If you’re looking to rent the truck with 3 passengers or more, with the intentions to utilize the bed/trunk for luggage, I would highly encourage you to reach out to the rental company first to see if they cleaned the bed before receiving the car.
