Perfect truck for exploring Oregon, hauling stuff or the occasional casual driver running errands! Coastal trips, multiple-day camping trips or moving and hauling stuff are all things I recommend for this truck. The truck bed is professionally sprayed with LINE-X bedliner so feel free to haul whatever. Just be careful not to dent or scratch the black paint. Has some minor cosmetic scratches and swirl marks in black paint - planning on fixing soon! Quite roomy for a four-door truck, but still not as much room in backseat as an suv just keep in mind. This truck feels very safe to drive and is very fun to drive!   • Non-contact rental! - Just rent and go!

    This is a non-contact rental! - Vehicle and key/fob location only provided to guests just before rental pickup time with remote, non-contact, secure and easy access. Key/fob is never left in or near vehicle when there is not a rental. FYI- If need to contact never send text to phone. - Always contact through the Turo app messaging only.

  • If I need to end trip early or modify or adjust dates or times how do I do that?

    If you need to change your dates or times like pick-up earlier or drop-off later you need to put in the request via the Turo app for the changed times to be valid with our protection insurance plans. -> You should be able to go to your booked trip, open the Details tab, and choose “Modify or Change trip” to change times. If the app won't let you for some reason most likely the dates or times are already booked.

  • If I'm running late returning the truck what should I do?

    There is a Turo 30-minute late grace period, but if you are running later than that; You need to submit a trip extension ASAP by going to your booked trip, open the Details tab, and choose “Modify trip"!   • Are pets allowed?

    No pets are allowed inside of truck UNLESS in a moving carrier or crate. They can be in the back bed of the truck with or without the carrier or crate if you deem it to be safe. We try to keep the truck as clean as possible and in good condition for our guests.

  • Where is the parking break?

    If trouble finding the parking break it is located above left foot

  • Do I need to clean or wash your truck before dropping off?

    It's not necessary to clean unless you spilled or got it very messy or dirty inside the truck. If outside of truck is dirty no big deal. Just try your best to keep the inside as clean as possible please. Sand is not an issue we can vacuum it out. If you have leftover food or trash we can get rid of it for you. Just don't leave anything gross or you will receive a low rating. If muddy or dirty from bugs, etc on outside no big deal we will take through car wash unless you want to. - If you do take through car wash we recommend; Washman Carwash at 510 SE Grand Ave which also has vacuums plus a gas station right across the street!

  • Do I need to refuel the truck back to where it was when I rented it?

    Yes you do need to refuel the truck back to where it was when you rented it. If you do not you will be charged for refueling with an added automatic $10 default convenience fee from Turo and probably a low rating.

  • How do I open the gas cover to refuel?

    Simply gently push in the gas cover and it will release and pop open

  • Can you deliver the truck?

    No. We no longer currently offer delivery.

  • What should I do if I get a flat?

    If you get a flat during the trip you have a few options thankfully! 1. PLUG/REPAIR YOURSELF - If the damage is minimal like from a nail and inside the tread area you can use the tire plug repair kit I have provided inside truck. (Usually located under side of passengers back seat or underneath back bench)... + Use portable air pump to reinflate tire (CURRENTLY NO AIR PUMP! - REPLACING AIR PUMP SOON!), or ask for help to inflate, or drive slowly and carefully to gas station, etc to inflate. - Only attempt to plug and do this temporary repair if- hole/damage is not on sidewall of tire, only on tread area and smaller than 1/4 hole - More info/Reference: (https://www.lesschwab.com/article/tires/les-schwab-tech-tip-how-flat-tire-repair-works.html) 2. CALL TURO - Turo offers 24/7 roadside assistance! - (Call Turo at +1 (415) 965-4525 for 24/7 roadside assistance for an accident, breakdown, or other roadside issue, and Turo will cover the cost of the dispatch.) - More Info: https://help.turo.com/en_us/roadside-assistance-or-us-guests-BJBiEVgE9 3. LES SCHWAB - If you can drive to a Les Schwab slowly and carefully if not far- They will plug and patch the tire free of charge! 4. REPLACE TIRE YOURSELF - If damage of tire is larger than 1/4 hole and not on tread of tire and plug repair kit won't work - You can use the spare tire located underneath back of truck bed w/ floor jack parts located underneath and behind back right seat - (Just pull on cloth loop lever on top of back right passenger seat to access jack - and pull up on side chair lever for parts underneath seat). Replace damaged tire with spare and put damaged tire in back of truck bed.
