MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RENT OUR VEHICLE You will receive our truck cleaned inside and out, with at least half tank of gas. If you did not purchase to have the vehicle pre-fueled, please return it in the same cleaned condition and fuel level as it was delivered. If the car is returned unclean and gas not filled up, not how you received it, we will send you the charge for both after your trip. **Vehicle Policies** NO SMOKING, NO PETS, OR FOODS There is absolutely NO SMOKING, NO PETS, OR FOOD in the vehicle. If smoke or any other odor is detected after your drop off, you will be charged a cleaning charge of $150 for the odor removal and interior detailing of the vehicle. Vehicle must remain in Florida at all times! It is prohibited to take the truck outside of the State of Florida. **Scratches and Damages** You are 100% responsible for any scratches or damages incurred while the vehicle was in your possession even if it was parked. Please be mindful on were the vehicle will be kept overnight or parked. Please review insurance options before renting the vehicle with TURO. **PICTURES ** IMPORTANT** Please take and upload as many pictures of the exterior and interior of the vehicle to document the condition and any pre-existing damage and/or scratches. You won't be responsible for any pre-existing scratches or damages. **Tolls, Parking Tickets and Speeding Tickets** Please note that you will be responsible for the tolls, any parking or traffic infraction tickets that you incur while on your trip. You can either program your GPS to avoid tolls or just drive through the tolls lane and we will send you an invoice at the end of your trip for you to pay for the usage. E-Pass ID # 4213520 **Late Returns** If the vehicle is returned up to 2 hours late after your checkout time, TURO charges half a day worth of rental fees. If it is returned more than 2 hours late, Turo charges a full day rental plus an additional $20. **Airport pick up and drop off** Please keep in mind there will be a $1 parking fees for every 15 minutes after the initial 15 minutes grace period up to a maximum of $19. Parking fees are not included in delivery price. We will drop the vehicle at the time of the reservation check in time. And we will coordinate to pick up the car at the scheduled drop off time.
