The new 2022 Santa Cruz SEL with AWD and activity package is ready to take you on your California adventure. 4 cylinder gas saver engine! Mojave sand color with black interior, this truck is fully loaded. It's basically a SUV with a truck bed. This truck-SUV is the perfect ride for exploring this beautiful state in a safe, comfortable, and extremely convenient way. The car is fully loaded with all the modern features, including lane-keep assist, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, heated seats, SiriusXM, and everything else you'd expect a modern SUV to have. The bed is 48" in length, so as long as you're clever with tie-downs, it fits just about every tool for your California adventure (mountain bikes, snowboards, skis, paddleboard, kayaks, etc, etc). This truck is equipped with a very capable AWD and with winter tires, you'll be amongst the safest on snowy roads. As mentioned, it is brand new, and so steering feels very responsive, the motor packs enough power to make merging confidently a breeze. It's has a very good fuel economy, 21 city and 27mpg on the highway. Has 4 different drive modes normal, sport, smart and snow. Its equipped with the adventure package which includes sunroof, integrated truck bed cover,roof side rails, 115v ac power inverter in the bed, digital instrument cluster, rear sliding glass to name a few. One of my favorite feature is the built in cooler in the trucks bed. Basically you lift up the floor and there's your built in cooler. The interior is nice and roomy, seats 5 adults comfortably. Please note I only allow use of my vehicles within California. If you are planning an out of state trip or a longer trip please let me know and I will consider it. Vehicles need the oil changed every 5000 miles, I want to make sure that they will not exceed that. The vehicles have GPS trackers. CAR WASH POLICY: Please use hand car wash service or skip the hassle and purchase the Post-trip Cleaning extra so you don’t have to worry about returning the car washed. Per Turo policy, the car is expected to be returned in the same condition as when rented out. A cleaning fee may be charged otherwise. Please return the car with the same charge as provided on the handoff, else charging fee may apply. NON-SMOKING POLICY Smoking is prohibited for courtesy reasons as some clients are allergic to cannabis or nicotine products such as cigarettes, e-cigs, vapes, marijuana, etc. no exceptions. There will be an additional charge of $250 for special cleaning and deodorizing the vehicle. Please don’t smoke inside the car. CITATIONS, TOLLS, FAST TRACK: The truck is equipped with Fastrak pass. It’s not free, but it’s a small fee compared to a regular bull. If we receive any road fees such as citations, tolls or fast track lanes, you will be responsible to reimburse all fees issued to the vehicle. PARKING: When parking by the curb, please make sure you slowly park and pay attention to your surrounding so you don’t scratch or damage the wheels or car against the curb or nearby objects. A scratch or scuff on the wheels will result in a $250 per damaged wheel fee. Any damages to the car will be subject to estimated repair cost.
