I selected Sea-Tac airport pickup and return, where can I pickup and drop off the vehicle?
I will meet you at the Sea-Tac airport arrival curb in person and hand you the vehicle directly when you arrive (up to 30 mins before trip start time). After the trip start time, I will park the vehicle in the airport parking garage. And guest will unlock the vehicle with a passcode. For drop off. I will take the vehicle from you at the departure curb at your planned departure time. If you want to park the vehicle at the airport parking lot for drop off, please enter the parking lot no more than 30 mins earlier to the trip ending time. Guest will be responsible for any parking charges for the extra time.
How does contactless pickup and return work?
For pickup, you will receive a passcode to unlock the vehicle 30 mins prior to your trip start time.* The key can be found in the glovebox. For return, please put the key back to the glovebox and lock the doors from inside first and then close the door. *Guest must complete uploading required drivers licence photos to Turo app before receiving the passcode.
