Vikas was exceptional to communicate with. From the very beginning, he was extremely responsive to all of our questions. He provided clear direction on how to change our pick up location and how to add a car seat to the reservation.
Picking up the car was so much easier than going through a car rental. As soon as we walked out of the airport, our car was waiting for us. It could not have been an easier process.
The car was in great condition, clean and had a full tank of fuel.
During the car return we left out wallet in the middle console. Vikas immediately turned back around and met us at the airport. He really went above and beyond. His response time and customer service was a 10/10! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
