Vehicle takes to long to charge. Did not enjoy my trip do to car not keeping a good charge. Missed 2 events do to car taking 2 hrs to charge

As an electric SUV, charging times can vary, but at a fast-charging station, it typically takes about an hour. If you had reached out, we would have been happy to help find a quicker charging option. First time ever using Turo and Ramon has been a great host. The vehicle it self was very clean and was a pleasure to drive. Ramon was very quick to respond to any question as it was my first time renting an EV. I will be definitely be renting with him in the near future and I will advise anyone I. The area to look for him first.

I Was Grateful That This Car Was Available For Me After The Car Prior Cancelled The Day Before. Ramon Was Good & Efficient When It Came To The Pick Up & Drop Off.
But During The Trip Was Horrible. The Car Only Goes Up To 180 mi. At 100%. Which Took Up To 2.5/3 Hrs To Charge At A Fast EVGo Charging Station. At One Point We Needed Road Side Assistance Bc We Were Sent To A Location That Only Had Tesla Chargers & Could Not Make It Anywhere Else. We Waited All Of Christmas Day For While The Car Was Plugged Into The Hotel We Found To Stay At.
There Should Be Better Communication For Those Unfamiliar With Electric Cars. Or A Heads Up On How This Car Operates. Especially Since The 180 Mi weren’t even legit in distance wise either. I Even Experimented by not using the chargers, turning on and off heat, since the car is electric.
It could be a great car, but highly would not recommend for long distance Travel. Even with a mapped out plan from charging station to charging station at 8,5 hr drive turned into 22.5 hrs.
I wouldn’t mind booking With Ramon Again, But Not any of his EV’s.

I have rented from Ramon several times. He consistently consistent. Accommodating with stellar customer service. The pick up location is near the highway, which provides amazing convenience. His attention to detail is among the best of my experiences. You will not regret renting from Ramon!
