No smoking or use of strong air fresheners. Please note, this car has 21" rims and takes care to avoid curbs. Wheel scratches/curb rash are $100 when repairable (this is our actual cost.) When not repairable, we do have to charge the replacement cost. We do have a number of Model Y's available for rent via Turo with 19" rims, which are a bit more forgiving due to the larger tire profile.

• Is Supercharging included in the rental?

  Supercharging costs is not included in the rental price but you are welcome to use Tesla's extensive supercharging network! Tesla Superchargers fees will be billed after your rental as a "reimbursement request" via Turo within 72 hours of Turo checkout. The average supercharging session is between $5-15 but varies depending on the car's state of charge and geographical location. https://www.tesla.com/support/supercharger Note: Supercharger Idle fees occur when the vehicle is left plugged into a Tesla Supercharging station after it has completed charging. The first 5 minutes are free (per Tesla), and then $.50 to $1.00 per minute after .Please be sure to move the vehicle within 5 minutes of completing supercharging to avoid excess charges. If you would incur any idle fees, these will be added to the reservation at checkout under the same line item as the charging session (the same way Tesla bills these.) I Note: Out of the past 50 rentals, we have only had this occur twice.
