—Tolls— All cars have Sunpass device for tolls. However, renters are responsible to pay for their own tolls at the end of the trip. —smoking policy— Please don't smoke inside the car. There is a strict $150 smoking fee. —Gas Level— Please return the vehicle with the same level of gas as it was received. You will be charged for the refuel + $10 inconvenience fee if prepaid fuel extra is not added. — Cleaning— If car is not returned in the same conditions as it was delivered there will be a cleaning fee starting at $25.00 —Note— Vehicle cannot leave the state of Florida. There will be a charge of $750.00. —Late return— If guest does not request time change with 4 hours of anticipation and arrives late there will be a late charge. Please note that basic and standard insurance do not cover roadside assistance. If you get a flat tire, need a jumpstart etc you will be responsible. Guidelines
This is how our pick up and drop off works: PICK UP will be in arrivals curbside. My co-host will meet you and your family there. You will have a free ride to the car location at the Double Tree Hotel( 711 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33126) It’s only 5 minutes away from the airport. DROP OFF will be at the same hotel as well ( 711 NW 72nd Ave, Miami, FL 33126). You will have a free ride back to the airport

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I had a very frustrating experience with this host. During my rental, one of the tires started losing air pressure, and eventually, it went completely flat. I immediately reached out to the host for help, but instead of offering assistance, she blamed me for the issue and insisted I had somehow damaged the car. She then threatened me with having to cover the cost of the tow and repairs, even though the tire was clearly already in bad condition. I tried to resolve the situation amicably, but the host was uncooperative and unprofessional. It felt like she was only concerned about trying to make me pay for something that wasn’t my fault. I would not recommend renting from her, as this was an extremely stressful and unfair situation.

It is unfortunate that you got a nail on the tire and refused to stop driving the car which ended causing damage to the rim of the car. As we were discussing a solution, I tried explaining that you had declined insurance and any kind of protection and you were responsible for any damage as per turo rental agreement. I understand an accident or a flat tire can happen to anyone but it is extremely disappointing that you decline any coverage an damage the car and then try to leave without paying.
