I rented this car August 4th and returned it barely 24hrs later. The next day I noticed the tire had air seeping out. I called him to notify him because I needed to get to work and he gave the worst customer service. Talking over me, disrespectful, and lying based on Turo's policy. He told me it was up to me to fix it however when I spoke to customer service they said that was not true. The tire gage is out of wack, therefore not ensuring the safety of my trip. It looks better on the outside than the inside. I would not recommend renting from him again. He actually suggested that I drive the car like this and told me was irrational. As if!
