Could I extend My trip if I wanted to?
It is possible for you to extend your trip you would just have to contact me first because it could be booked for another client.
Do you mind smoking?
Yes, I charge $250 for any lingering smell of marijuana or cigarettes.
Can I come earlier than scheduled to ‘Pick Up’ the car?
No, you cannot come early to pick up any vehicle.
Does the car have to have a full tank before returned?
Yes, each car has to be returned with a FULL gas tank, not partial. We will charge a $10 inconvenience fee regarding Turo policy of Detail & Cleaning Services.
Offer E-ZPass?
No, we do not have E-ZPass for the cars . You can still go through the E-ZPass Lane but you would get billed sent to you eventually of Toll.
What are the ‘Late Fees’?
You have a grace period of 30 minuets when ‘dropping off’ a Vehicle, Each 30 minuets you’re late you will get charged.
Could I ‘Drop-Off’ the vehicle earlier than scheduled?
Yes, that is fine. You can Drop off a vehicle ‘earlier’ but you cannot be ‘Late’ dropping off a Vehicle. Contact me through Turo first for Confirmation of earlier drop off.

Stephen and his Team were the best. If you are going to the Hasbrouck Heights NJ area , you really should use this Host. Very professional, communication was very quick in response time, and most of all my trip time od drop-off was changed to alot earlier in the day than planned for. Stephen was absolutely the best in accommodating my changes to pick car up early without hesitation. Thank you guys for a problem free week. Keep it up 5 stars 🌟 365/7 I will return and use again without hesitation

Amazing powerful car yet so smooth and easy to drive! Loaded with convenience features. Perfect for a large family (we were six adults, two kids on a road trip). Great nearly instant communication from Steven and his team as my family’s plans changed. My sixth time renting from Stephen. He is my go-to guy! A+++++
