PLEASE NOTE: As the primary driver, you are responsible for the booking and need to be present for both pick up and drop off as per TURO’s policy. To add any additional drivers, first make sure they have signed up for their own account. Once they are approved to drive, you can then add them to this booking with the email address associated with their account. No one other than the approved drivers are allowed to drive the car per the TURO Terms of Service. Due to health reasons, smoking and pets are not allowed. This will result in a substantial fine charged and other measures as per TURO’s policy. Let me know if you have any questions and thank you!

• Do we have to clean the car when returning?

  Feel free to use the post-trip service fee and return the car hassle free without worrying about cleaning up after your trip. However please do not have any food, animal hair, and mud in the car.

• Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?

  Car will usually come with a full tank of gas if not please return it at same gas level with 91 premium octanes. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. However, we offer post trip service that includes refueling the gas and cleaning service for only $10 extra to the gas receipt. For instance if you return the car half tank we will take it to the nearest gas station and fill it back up to full, then post the gas receipt into trip photos and send you the exact gas cost + $10 Turo inconvenience fee which also covers cleaning cost. Take advantage of this convenient service!

• LAX Delivery

  Effective 12/20/2023, due to a recent court order, all Turo activities are strictly prohibited on LAX properties. LAX police will issue a $200 citation for any violations. Consequently, all LAX delivery cars will be positioned either at ValuePark LAX or Sunrise parking, both of which provide a complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport. Please note that you will be responsible for the parking fee, up to $35, at the exit. If returning the car outside the working hours you’ll be charged $35 parking fee (between 10pm to 7am)

• Pick up and drop off time frame?

  Based on Turo policy you have up to 30 min to pick up or return the car with the owner permission other than that you need to modify the reservation to avoid late fees. To avoid cancellation please keep us in the loop and use the messaging option on the app to keep us informed!

• LAX FEES

  To ensure we deliver the best customer service, we are pleased to offer complimentary delivery to LAX. However, please note that additional fees are directly allocated to LAX and the parking facility. For example, each time you utilize the parking shuttle for pick up or drop off, there will be a $35 fee. This fee covers the shuttle service, airport taxes, and provides you with the peace of mind option to park close to the airport and utilize a private shuttle to and from the parking area to your terminal. We kindly request that you adjust your trip plans accordingly or reach out to us for alternative options.
