Really nice vehicle. The pick up & drop off is not the greatest, especially if you are traveling with family that has mobility issues. The pick up & drop off is outside the actual airport.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I wish I was able to deliver it inside the terminal, however Burbank airport officials ONLY allow a quick pick up and drop off of passengers and luggages at the terminals. We both have to properly park and take before/after photos of the vehicle to check in for the trip and that takes anywhere from 5-10 minutes, which officials do NOT allow. I definitely understand you point though!
