No Smoking or any type of marijuana smell is allowed in the car. If there is any lingering smell, we will report to Turo and charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services. Although car is pet friendly, please clean up and pet hair or remnants or there will be $150 cleaning fee assessed.

Does the car need to be returned with full charge?
Car will be given with at least 80% charged. Car will need to be returned the same or above. The following is the charging fee assessed if not returned at same level. 0-20% charge - $50 21-50% charge - $20 50%-80% - $10
Do we have to clean the car when returning?
Customer is not expected to clean or disinfect the vehicle before returning. However, if the vehicle is in a condition that only could have been caused by irresponsible or abusive behavior, we will report to Turo. Turo customer support will then review the evidence and charge a cleaning violation of $150 and possible removal from Turo. Will car come activated with toll pass?
Car will have license plate that is registered with the toll roads that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
Is there smoking permitted in the car?
NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge in excess $250 for detail and cleaning services.
Do you offer car seats?
We offer car seats for all ages. Please select the extra for the amount of car seats needed. When picking up the car, please remind agent of the car seats needed - Due to liability reasons, we cannot install car seats for customers. It is customer responsibility to install carseat

Awesome customer service and communication! I’d love to book with LA Auto spot again Great pricing. Only issue I had was battery was a bit defective. The charge only lasted about minutes. Other than that, awesome stuff!

First time driving a Tesla and truly did not enjoy it. Extra star for perhaps my ignorance. Just seemed like the battery died way too fast. Charging was inconvenient unfortunately and after closer look it seemed the vehicle may have been in a wreck. Perhaps that played a role. Generally an uncomfortable ride. Vehicle was clean and pick up was easy. Wheels and tires also looked like needing replacement. Maybe just needs a hood service job. Other than that didn’t really get great support when I had a question. No response at all actually. Definitely areas of improvement on this one.
