We will meet at our Honolulu Exotics Warehouse/Shop. Turquoise building located at 1824 Auiki St. Honolulu, HI 96819 *Enter front gate on Auiki St. NOT Mary St. GPS will route to our back gate.
Guidelines
The car will be provided with a charge of 200+ mile range. Please return at the same level, or purchase prepaid EVcharge as an extra. ($25) Please return the car in the SAME condition as it was received. Any excessive vacuuming or cleaning needed will result in an additional charge of $25. A small spray bottle, and microfiber towel will be provided in the car to tidy up as go. 🔋Please plan ahead for charging while on island. Most resorts will charge the car but not ALL. Air bnb usually do NOT accommodate proper charging. Fast charger (CHAdeMO adapter $20) are available at certain HECO locations. This charges at over 150+ mh. We provide a 15 min car overview & a driver profiles setup. We are always available to answer questions. Turo has a strict insurance policy that ends when your trip ends. If you need more time, please notify us. If you do Not notifying us before your scheduled return time may result in fees listed under Turo support found here: https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/203990780-Fees-fines No pets. Supercharging station fees: 98-130 Pali Momi St Aiea, HI 96701 United States **Please keep track of your charges so we may ask for reimbursement at the end of your trip. All charges are automatically charged to our Tesla account. There is no other form of payment accepted at the supercharger.
Is there fast charging on Oahu?
⚡️There are fast chargers ran by Hawaiian Electric on the island that require a CHADEMO adapter, which you May add to your trip. You will get 150-180 miles per hour of charge. This was our first experience with Turo and it was a wonderful experience thanks to Honolulu Exotics! The process to pick up and drop off was super easy and they were great communicating with us making sure we knew what to do and we’re to go. I would absolutely use them again and I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking to borrow a vehicle!

This is a feedback for TURO, not the host. The upgrade insurance protection was listed $13.50/day but TURO charged me $76 for 2 days. I would like TURO issue me a refund. I have a screenshot for it. And TURO support is terrible. Sorry again for the host, but I couldn’t find a way to share this publicly except here.

Unfortunately we have to resend our rating, Brent was extremely unprofessional and did not take responsibility for a flat tire he received while on a trip and instead blamed the tow truck driver. He also insinuated we gave him an unsafe car to drive and the tires were worn. The Tesla has less than 14k miles and is nearly brand new. Once the car arrived to Tesla Service the Technician noted a hole in the sidewall. Brent will not be welcome to rent any of our vehicles.
