To ensure the best experience for our guests, we have set a daily mileage limit of 200 miles. This is more than enough for exploring the beautiful island of Oahu. A round-trip around the island typically covers about 110 miles and takes approximately 5-6 hours, depending on stops and traffic. Our goal is to provide our guests with reliable vehicles for personal adventures and island excursions, rather than for commercial use like ride-sharing. We set this limitation because Turo allows our vehicles to be rented by gig drivers, such as Uber drivers, who may put excessive mileage on our cars, sometimes driving 300-400 miles per day. By limiting daily miles, we hope to focus on renting to those who want to enjoy Oahu at a relaxed pace. IMPORTANT RULES EVERYONE SHOULD FOLLOW: -Please return the car in the same condition as when you pick it up. Before you book, please read through the guidelines and make sure you agree with all of them. -No one can drive the car except approved drivers. Just get the person approved its fast, free and easy. -Please message me through Turo messages so I can see your profile, also so Turo can see our conversations. The only time we use text is to send images. -Please don't pick up the car early unless you change your pick up time to an earlier time. -If the car is not returned in the same clean condition as when you picked it up, you could be charged a cleaning violation per Turo policy.

981 Ahana Street, Honolulu, HI 96814, at the 2nd floor of the parking structure. Please know that the pick up location should be entered through the parking lot from 981 Ahana Street. Reminder to not go through the building, please enter through the parking structure only. You may proceed through the ramp leading to the 2nd floor. The stairs will be used upon exit once you are from the inside of the building.

Thanks for inquiring about drop off and pick up at the airport or waikiki. We normally do not provide pick up and drop off service and recommend coordinating with an Uber or Lyft. My wife, may be available to drop off and/or pick up at the airport or waikiki. The One Way Trip extra that is offered to you, covers our costs (Uber and additional expenses) that are accrued when you select to have the car delivered to you at the airport. If airport drop off , please advise which airline you are arriving on so we can put the vehicle at the parking terminal nearest such airline. If waikiki drop off, please advise which location is convenient for you: (i) Royal Hawaii Shopping Center parking in the middle of waikiki, or (ii) the zoo at the east end of Waikiki. Thank you. BEWARE: Car condition is nothing like the photos. The car is really worn down with a lot of scratches on it. The Mercedes logo was also missing from the back. However those were minor issues and understandable considering how cheap the car was. The major issue was that we received a dead car key, so we had to figure out how to manually lock and and start the car. We reached out to the host multiple times and requested a replacement battery or a replacement key but the host just left me on read for the entire trip. The host finally reached back on the final day just to inquire when we will be returning the car. Terrible service. Now the worst part is it seems that everyone else who rented from this shady company also received a messaged stating that you need to wash the car or they will charge you $500. No where on Turo states that you need to wash the car and this was a ridiculous and shady shake down.

We expected navigation, but there wasn't any - this is just an fyi for future renters, it was still a great vehicle. Great ride, great value, 4 stars!
