Please note this is my personal vehicle and I take a lot of pride, time and effort to keep it clean and in great condition. I expect you to treat my vehicle with care and respect and return it in the condition it was presented to you. The vehicle will be fully cleaned upon delivery. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty there will be an appropriate cleaning charge. Please do not run it through automatic wash, it will damage paint and exterior. Absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING in the car. No pets. (Cleaning fees up to $250 will be charged if violated) Please remember that you are responsible for any tickets during your trip. Thank you!

Great car, very clean and comfortable for my wife and two children. Pickup was okay, the shuttle service was quick and easy but the $40 payment to have the car in the parking garage was high. We did request a car seat and when we arrived, it was not in the car. The host was very responsive and brought the car seat within five minutes. The car seat was however, very dirty. If renting this vehicle again, make sure to take many photos. There is passenger side damage and the front bumper appeared to have been pulled out of the tabs in one spot. Overall, the host was very responsive and helpful which I can appreciate.
