I had a great experience renting this Mazda CX-30. The host was excellent with communication from start to finish. The car was very clean, reliable, and a pleasure to drive — smooth and comfortable on the road. It was also very affordable on petrol, which was a big plus. I would happily rent it again and highly recommend both the car and the host.

Mitchell provides a good service. Some confusion created by the Turo app initially.
After the check-in process is completed the app notifies the customer that the vehicle is ready for pickup when in reality it wasn’t ready.
Not a criticism of Mitchell at all, but someone at Turo needs to review the directions given to customers by the app after the check in process is complete
