Designated Parking Spot: The vehicle is located at 40 Baxter Road, Mascot. Please look for the designated parking area near the entrance when you arrive. Important Reminders: -Ensure the vehicle is securely locked and windows are closed before leaving. -Take photos of the car’s exterior and interior upon return for verification. -The area has surveillance, so please park responsibly and avoid blocking any access points. BUSINESS HOURS RETURNS 7:30am-5:30pm If you’re returning the vehicle outside of regular hours, please request return instructions by sending us a message in the chat.

Guests are generally responsible for tolls, fuel, and other incidental charges during the trip. Make sure to refuel to the same level when you pick up the car. All of our vehicles are registered in LinkT and we will send you an invoice for tolls incurred during your trip.

Car photo did not match car given. Owner used photo of different car which was a higher speced Q5 than the one given.
Was told because I booked different number plate which to their credit matched the one on app. Issue is you’re not told the number plate until after booking and how do you know which plate belongs to which car if photos cover plates?
Surely it’s not the responsibility of the booker to check which number plate corresponds to which car was booked before booking?
Also, I poured full tank before driving back. It was still lower than tank given (since I drove back) but not by much to their own admission. However still charged refuelling fee.
The good news is the staff there was very pleasant.
