The car was in excellent condition and drove perfectly. However, I had trouble reaching the host when picking up the car and received no response upon returning it, which was frustrating and disrupted my plans and trip schedule.

Thank you for your last-minute booking again and I’m sorry to hear that it didn’t went as smooth as you hoped for! However when returning a car very late after business hours, it’s not always possible to arrange for the key handover when you’d like to end the trip. It would be best to communicate in advance next time when you want to return the car. Your feedback is well received and I hope to see you again next time. Thank you Marvin
