Van was exactly what we needed and the description was accurate. Easy pick up and drop off. First time using Turo and I have to say I am a huge fan from this experience!

I almost never leave anything other than a 5 star review but picking this car up was very stressful. The host did not get us our pickup instructions (despite me asking multiple times in advance) until over an hour after our rental started. I had 4 kids with me in the airport and no way to access the car. I checked with the host a few days in advance, and the morning of our flight before our plane took off. We called the host and left a voicemail and texts through the app and to their phone once we arrived at the airport and still didn’t have the location or lockbox code and when we did finally get a text response well after our check in time the host did not apologize for the late pickup.

Olga was great to work with. Communication was clear and the car was exactly as described.

Car is as-advertised. Condition is as you’d expect a 10+ year old car to be. It was clean, got decent gas mileage, and everything worked as intended. The van was great for our family vacation. Thank you.

Pick up charges at Palm Springs Airport is expensive by the City, so not the host's fault. The Mini van was clean inside and out but is 10 years old so there was evident wear and tear on seats, floors and windshield. Some AC vents were broken and the backup camera is very small. The host was great; very communicative and left good instruction on where to find the car and how to access the key. I would rent from her again.
