The van met the needs for what I needed it for. Drove smoothly and no mechanical issues. Had a weird smell and could have been cleaner though. Supreme Auto Sales has the best service, love there team and like renting from them whenever I can.

The staff working with the host's car were friendly and helpful. The ap wasn't working real well for me and they problem solved until we got things working. No complaints there. The car is an older car, and we knew that when we booked it. After all, the price reflected that. And mechanically it held up. A Toyota will do that. We drive a model of this car that is just a few years newer as our primary car, so we were comfortable with it. There were a few things that other shoppers might want to consider. The car had no clicker to unlock doors, only a key, which operates only the driver's door. This did not seem like a big deal to me philosophically. Practically, with 3 kids, it drove me nuts. Other reviewers have mentioned the smell. Don't know what it is, but we weren't a fan either. The CD player (love to have one, 3 kids, books on CD) was pretty flighty - don't count on it. The front seat covers were sticky in hot weather, and the cover on the steering wheel also - not a fan. Also, this version had a manual heating/air conditioning system. I haven't seen one of those in a long time, so if you choose to rent this car, take some time to check it out. On a 95 degree day in July I was terrified that the A/C wasn't up to the job the first day, until I realized that for some reason the temp was turned way up in the back (I mean on the controls located in the back) and down in the front, so the system was fighting itself to cool the car. It worked better when I got all the knobs where I wanted them. Just a word to the wise.

- [ ] Pre-booking Communication: I had a few questions that were answered ambiguously and I never got a response when I tried to clarify. For example the search results price and the actual booking price had different amounts. I just would prefer to know what I’m paying up front.

This minivan is spacious enough for moving some furniture; however, I would not recommend it over most alternative budget rentals due to its notable smells and body damage. That said, the staff pull the rating up to four stars, being friendly, communicative, and competent! Thanks again.
