The host was great. Always returned messages promptly. Was flexible with return location. Not sure I would use the same 2017 Toyota Sienna again. Had temporary plates, although I had booked 6 weeks in advance. Vehicle got poor fuel economy - averaged 21 mpg over 2,200 miles. All 4 tires were different brands. Had some intermittent random vibration when cold at freeway speeds, and binding when turning tight at low speeds. Other than that, enjoyed the heated seats, fine headlights, and little-too-soft but typical Sienna factory suspension.
The car was perfect for what we needed and it was in great condition. The instructions were clear and the host was very accommodating and communicative. It was just right for our family with three kids. It also happens to be almost exactly like our car so it felt like being at home on the road.
Rico worked with me a ton on making my pick up drop off as convenient as possible. Van ran perfect and had enough room for out family of 6 and luggage for a multi week trip. Would highly recommend to anyone!!!

It was a joy to drive Hass’s car during my trip. The van I rent was clean and well maintained. Hass was very kind and explained in details so that I don’t have any problem with managing and controlling with his vehicle while driving. Definitely recommendable!
Gurmeet proved to be an excellent host. The car was impeccably clean, and he was aware that I was traveling with children, so he kindly left a few children's movie DVDs for the in the car entertainment system for us. I accidentally overlooked reserving a car seat for my toddler, but Gurmeet went out of his way to ensure one was ready for me upon my arrival. The automated lockbox system made the check-in and checkout process incredibly convenient. I would choose to rent his car again.
Pickup and drop-off at Dulles airport were super easy and he was exactly on time when we pre-arranged for a slightly early drop-off.
