Ben’s auto rentals was incredible, from when I first reserved the car to when I dropped it off. They provided very thorough and detail instructions for pick up and drop off and we’re very responsive throughout my experience whenever I had a question. The car was very clean and well maintained. I will definitely rent again the next time I’m in the Baltimore/DC area.

Teela was great to work with! She responded quickly and answered all my questions. It was our first time using Turo so I had lots of questions. She made it a very easy process. The van we rented was great! It worked perfect for our trip! I would absolutely rent from Teela again in the future!

I’m not a van guy, but this thing had so many unnecessary amazing features I found myself bragging about it to others and even (briefly) considered getting one myself. Van was clean, easy to drive, surprisingly good on gas and there was zero lack of space for 4 adults and 2 children with luggage. Patrick picked us up on time and was easy to work with. Thank you 👍🏼
