First time Turo user and I’m glad I took the chance! Felicia and her team were amazing. Turo app is very user friendly and explains step by step instructions. Felicia was great with communication and anytime I needed her, she answered. Car was clean, slight smoke smell, but over all was great! Drove really well and was great on gas! Super roomy too! Returning the car was just as easy and she even gave us tips to free vacuums for cleaning out the car before return. I did have to call, due to the lot where I picked the car up being full, but they answered right away and walked me through putting it in another spot. I will be using a Turo for sure from now on BUT I will be using Felicia again hands down! 🙌🏼
