Registered renter must be present to pick up vehicle and other drivers may be added after pick up. If registered renter isnt present, then trip will be declined and Turo Corp will be contacted. Extensions are automatically approved as long as the vehicle is available. Please extend before the deadline or reregistration is required. Late returns may result in additional monies being collected. Vehicle is expected to be returned in similar condition with the gas tank level at or near the same. Absolutely no smoking or pets in any of the vehicles. Due to the nature of our business, we cannot meet directly with our customers all the time. If pickup/dropoff is at SFO or Oak airports, vehicle will usually be parked in domestic short term parking, Parking fees at pickup are responsibility of the customer with a maximum charge of $36. Alpha Rentals will cover parking fees incurred after the vehicle is returned. Disclosure: Our vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking devices to prevent issues such as theft and late returns. Alpha Rentals will only monitor devices if and when necessary.
