If you choose delivery to SeaTac, the car will be waiting for you in the arrivals parking garage. Grab your bags, go to Level 2, and take the skybridge to the garage. I’ll send you a link that gives you access to unlock and drive the car using the Tesla app, along with a photo of where it’s parked! The easiest way to reach my location is via the Northgate Link Train Station. Take bus #75 from the Northgate bus station, which is a five-minute ride right to my location. There is street parking available near my house if you need a place to leave your car. Just keep in mind that parking there would be at your own risk, as I’m not liable for any damages or incidents. Please note that while I adore pets, they are, unfortunately, not allowed in the car to maintain its pristine condition. Additionally, smoking of any kind, including cigarettes and pipes, is strictly prohibited in the vehicle to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for all renters. Charging: Return the car with the same charge level as when you received it. Cleanliness: Excessive dirt will incur a cleaning fee. Tolls & Tickets: Renters are responsible for any tolls and tickets. Late Returns: Return the vehicle on time to avoid extra charges. Damage: Report any damage through the Turo app immediately. • Can I take the car to Vancouver and cross the border with it?

  Yes, you are welcome to take the car across the border to Vancouver, Canada. Please ensure you have the necessary travel documents for border crossing and inform me in advance of your plans. Remember that any tolls, tickets, or fees incurred during your trip will be your responsibility. Safe travels!

• How do you handle tolls?

  All my cars have a GoodToGo pass. Tolls are charged automatically and I’ll invoice you after your trip. If you have questions, feel free to reach out anytime.

• How can I add a driver to my reservation through the Turo app?

  To add a driver to your reservation, simply open the Turo app, go to your trip details, and select the option to add a driver. The additional driver will need to create a Turo account and pass Turo’s approval process. Once approved, they’ll be able to drive the car under your reservation. • How will I pay for Supercharging if I rent a Tesla?

  If you use Supercharging during your trip, no need to worry about immediate payment. I will receive a summary of all Supercharger costs after your trip, and I’ll send you an invoice for the total amount. This allows you to enjoy a seamless driving experience without stopping to pay at each charging station.
