This 2016 Volkswagen Jetta SE is a great car for everyday life. Great on MPG and a great car to drive around the city or for long trips with the family. This car can park almost anywhere because of how small it is and is a great way to get around Santa Barbara. All-round is a great car for a short 1-day trip all the way to a month. Overall a great car for any trip situation. No smoking at all in this car. People who don't follow these guidelines will pay a cleaner's fee to remove the smell. Want to keep it longer? Go into trips and click on extend the trip. As long as the car is available to extend, I will approve a trip if it meets the requirements that are listed above. I was expecting a full refund. Martin chose not to tell me that the car had been in an accident. Due to the damage to the car, I wasn’t comfortable driving it. Maybe it was safe to drive, but it needed to be checked out. Aside from the damage, the car was dirty, outside and inside. This conflicted with Madrin’s statement that he cleaned it. Maybe he and I have different ideas about cleaning. There was also a service light on the dashboard. All told, Martin and his car lost my confidence. This will be my last Turo experience.
