Car was very clean, convenient pickup, good communication. It’s rare to find a Turo that doesn’t smell like cigarettes. Was also surprised by how nice the Maxima is. 10/10 would rent again.

The experience was such a breeze, a commercial could be scripted based off it….I got a wedding invite 30 days ago, and waited to the last minute to prepare, booked with less than 24 hours of the wedding, and it took seconds, next day, I get caught up at work, and have to bail on the wedding, but still have the car available, I look at the cancellation policy, there is no cancellation fee, with 15 minutes until pick up, i don’t want to be that customer, so I decided to pick up the cat, on my lunch break, I look. On google maps, and it’s only 1000 yards away,:so I walked there, and picked up the car, and decided it’s Bette to show up late then never, went home,, changed for the wedding ended up arriving when nobody noticed lol “The experience was as smooth as the driver”
