• Can this vehicle be used on toll roads and how are toll charges handled?

  This vehicle is not equipped with a transponder. Please arrange to pay tolls directly using the appropriate state/tollway system online web site. Example: Illinois allows you to register your credit card in their toll system for the dates you have our car. Toll charges should be paid on the spot or using the appropriate state toll payment web site to avoid additional fees. Unpaid toll charges handled by us will incur additional processing charges of $10-50 based on the complexity of the unpaid tolls and will be invoiced separately through the Turo system after your trip has ended. • Can the vehicle be picked up at the airport or other locations?

  MSP airport deliveries are restarting on a case-by-case basis under Turo's agreement with MSP airport and more details can be found here - https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4407855416339-Minnesota-airport-delivery-Guests We have reduced deliveries to MSP airport since April 30, 2021. Our preference is for the vehicle to be picked up and returned to the default vehicle location near Lake Como in St. Paul. If you have young kids or some other circumstances requiring special consideration, we will try to accommodate requests to have the vehicle delivered or picked up from a location of your choice including MSP airport. Feel free to request the custom MSP airport delivery location when making your booking if you need it. Otherwise you can also use an Uber/Lyft/friend/family to pickup from the default location. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to and from the airport to the vehicle location and the distance is about 9.6 miles. NOTE: 1) Custom location and MSP airport delivery availability is not guaranteed unless the following conditions are met at least 1 week before trip start time (a) The Pickup/Return location is selected as MSP Airport or the custom delivery address (b) The flight itinerary details are provided including flight number and date+time. • Is this Camry good for winter use and snow/icy conditions?

  This Camry is equipped with All Wheel Drive (AWD) that provides improved traction in conditions where other two wheel drives vehicle would have trouble moving or getting going. However caution should be exercised to maintain proper braking distance for stopping because AWD will not help in coming to a stop under icy conditions. In addition the heated steering wheel, heated front seats, heated steering wheel and fast-response interior heater will keep you comfortable.
