Guidelines
1. CLEANING CAR POLICY: Please ensure the car comes back as picked up to avoid cleaning fees which can be up to $250.00. 2. NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking allowed (cigarettes, cigar, pipe, weed, etc). 3. GAS: The car will at least has 1/4 tank gas.. you are asked the car with the same gas level. 4. TOLLS: Please pay cash when POSSIBLE.. if there is no cash option, then I will pay the invoice once received and charge it through the app. 5. TICKETS: If you get any tickets.. Please let me know so I can pay it right away, otherwise, I will do the same thing as the TOLLS. 6. MILES: Take a photo of mileage and fuel level and upload it to the app under trip photos.

Trip would have been perfect had it not been for the accusation of smoking in the vehicle and come to find out I was charged $156 for just that without my knowledge without my permission the money was taken out of my account. I'm not a smoker so that's not even right and I'm not going to jeopardize myself and have to pay extra! Your instructions stated that I was to return the vehicle fully fueled I would only return the vehicle fully fueled had I received it that way it wasn't a full tank of gas.

Great communication, easy pick up. Car would make some squealing sounds occasionally but worked well to get to A to B. Will book again
