Add optional Extras to your trip at checkout.

Instruction to follow once trip has been confirmed by host.

1. CLEANING CAR POLICY: Please ensure the car comes back as picked up to avoid cleaning fees which can be up to $250.00. 2. NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking allowed (cigarettes, cigar, pipe, weed, etc). 3. GAS: The car will at least has 1/4 tank gas.. you are asked to return the car with the same gas level. 4. TOLLS: Please pay cash when POSSIBLE.. if there is no cash option, then I will pay the invoice once received and charge it through the app. 5. TICKETS: If you get any tickets.. Please let me know so I can pay it right away, otherwise, I will do the same thing as the TOLLS. 6. MILES: Take a photo of mileage and fuel level and upload it to the app under trip photos.

• Is it the customer's responsibility to clean the car before the drop-off?

  Yes, as a customer you are responsible to return the car as picked-up.. NOTE: You can always opt-in for post trip cleaning option of $8.99 and We will take care of the cleaning for you.

• Am I responsible for paying for gas?

  Yes, as a customer you are responsible to bring back the car as picked-up as far as fuel.. if the car has less fuel than picked-up, I will fill up the car and send you the receipt via the app.

• Can I add a driver?

  Yes, you can.. Message me so I can send you the instruction on how to add a driver.

• Am I responsible to show my Driver's License to the Host?

  Yes, it is part of Turo's Policy (https://support.turo.com/hc/en-us/articles/217324877-Verification-photos). the host is required to verify the customer has a current valid driver's license and the customer is required to upload the picture to the app under trip photos.
