Guests, Please see the other reviews! I take pride in providing excellent customer service for all of my rentals.
This customer let an unauthorized (youth) driver operate the vehicle who drove the Tesla down to 0% and also above 100 MPH and then refused to return the car.
I am naturally understanding and work with guests on extensions, late returns, pick-ups, etc. Sonic Smurf is Still a Star!

Two stars for the false advertising of the full self driving feature. I only rent teslas with this feature and the owner failed to notify me of the suspended feature due to negligence. It was suspended five days prior to me renting and two days left of the suspension (the two days I wanted it) and owner still noted it had self driving and yet it did not. Owner did not want to refund me but did let me return the next day. I had to get my refund from Turo.
1 star for the easy pickup and drop off.
1 star for the cleanliness.
-1 star for false advertisin.
-1 star for not working with me.
-1 star for charging me the 11% battery charge.

I was unwilling to give you a full refund because you drove over 300 miles before returning the vehicle. I hope you were able to find a vehicle and host that meet your needs.
