I AM BASED OUT OF PLYMOUTH AND WILL HAVE TO GET CAR ACROSS ON FERRY. Crisp and modern, the 2022 Sentra features advanced technology and premium feel inside and out. Sculpted to give the driver a sports-car feel, the lower, wider Sentra has perfect proportions. Guest was aware of me going on standby on ferry, I tried a day prior and on scheduled day but was not successful. One ferry had broken down and steamship authority canceled all standbys.

100% Amazing! Antonio went above and beyond getting me into this rental! I had trouble with the app accepting my cell phone number, making it impossible to move forward with the renting process. Instead of saying, "Oh well, that's my problem," and just letting the next person rent the car, he worked on issue with customer service for 3 days until issue was resolved and I had rental secured. Having Antonio's number to contact him personally was also EXTREMELY helpful and comforting. I have never rented a vehicle this way, and was a little uneasy about meeting a stranger. However after all his assistance over 3 days I was extremely comfortable with him. Antonio is a very kind, easy person to speak to, very patient with anxiety and stress, which alone gives him a 5 star rating!! The car I rented was immaculate, very comfortable to drive. Antonio went over the whole car with me, explaining all it's features and how to use, so I was very comfortable once I was on my way. Antonio also made sure to let me know if I had any problems, questions concerns of any kind, I could call him at anytime. I could go on for days about how impressed I was with Antonio's kindness, reliability and professionalism. I highly recommend renting from Antonio, and know I will again in the future. It was such a pleasure meeting and working with him! A breath of fresh air to be treated with such kindness so rarely seen these days!!😊❤️
