Guidelines
RULES FOR ALL RENTERS: ============= 1. No Smoking Policy: Car renters are strictly prohibited from smoking any kind inside the vehicle. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of $150 will be applied. 2. No Pets Allowed: Under no circumstances are renters permitted to bring pets of any kind into the rental vehicle. Otherwise, a cleaning fee of $150will be applied. 3. Fuel Refill Requirement: Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle with the same level of fuel as it had when rented out. Failure to do so results in an additional $10 service charge to cover the cost of refueling. 4. Please note that you are responsible for any tolls or tickets incurred during your trip, and an invoice will be sent to you after the trip ends. ============= Feel free to call/text me should you have any questions or concerns.

Leaves was an excellent host: very quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Pick up & drop off was a breeze, thanks to Leaves' clear, proactive communications. The 2021 Mazda3 was a great little car. The battery did die on me in the middle of my month-long rental. Would have been nice if that hadn't happened, however, Leaves quickly walked me through what the best course if action would be and the issue was quickly resolved. Ended up that I paid out of pocket for a new car battery, but I should be receiving reimbursement from Turo, and I'm confident that process will go really smoothly as all of my interactions with Turo customer care have been excellent.
