This is a brand new car and is very well maintained. Very clean 2024 Toyota Corolla Hybrid All Wherl Drive. This is very unique car because there are few sedans that are all wheel drive. The car has power when you want it to by engaging AWD. Saves on gas and very comfortable. The car is well cleaned and sanitized to meet TURO specifications.

Everything was perfect, pretty straight forward, car great on gas literally, would book again.

Easy rental with quick communications with the car owner, who was easy to engage with. Car was new and clean. There were some scratches including on the car hood so just take good pictures ahead of using the car.

I’m being accused of scratching the car. Mind you there was no scratch when I got in the car this morning to return it. I feel like I’m getting scammed. This is my first time renting with Turo and I feel like I’m being taken advantage of. Very disappointing.

She didn’t take post trip pictures. She came earlier than scheduled and parked the car in the garage and told me she had left. Each time someone comes early without informing you, usually they have something to hide. I immediately went out to complete post trip checkout and you can’t miss the scratch. She is not my first guest. But definitely I won’t host her again.
