I’ve rented from this company in the past with no issues… I Wish I was informed that the car I rented this time had visible damage before renting it. Other than the process of check in and check out was super easy. Didn’t really like his atttiude when I told him I returned the vehicle along with the time it was returned. Nor when I asked if I could get my bag that I left in the car. Probably will be my last time renting. But overall, the ease of getting the car was great.

Renter asked to get access to the vehicle after trip the car and key was returned and trip was over. We advised guest that for safety reasons we are not able to give the guest the key again to get access to the car again but that the car was unlocked and able to get items that are left. Not sure what issues is here. Also not sure what visible damage guest is referring to. That said we are happy guest enjoyed the overall experience.
