Guidelines
We are easy to deal. Please return our van in the same condition you receive it. If there's excessive cleaning (ie: mud, dirt, sand) to be done a cleaning fee will be assessed at the end of your trip. Please no pets is permited. Also, this is our personal Van and would appreciate absolutely no smoking (of any kind) as this can trigger my daughter asthma. We will do our best to honor any reasonable request!

Some electrical issues with the car. At the end the car didn't start. It is not easy to get swap within this service. I lost whole day to get car replacement, didn't get what I needed. Communication issues: the host and the service don't coordinate with each other , they provide controversial solutions. Money charged for the day when car didnt start at all. And my plans were destroyed. Please, think twice when you use the service. Regular rent service much easier and more reliable......Terrible experience

He forgot the light on in the car, discharged the battery and didn't have the patience to wait for road assistance. bad customer
