Car was dirty but host was great

The air conditioning in the vehicle does not work. I contacted the host, they read my message and did not respond. I did not have any air conditioning the entire duration of the trip and wrote the host multiple times. They responded the day I was due to return the vehicle with drop off instructions but regard for the fact that I had to drive in over 80 degree heat with no air conditioning and I have a medical disability. The host contacted me on the day I was due to return the vehicle and offered a full refund for the trip and stated co host may have read my message and did not relay to the owner that the air was not working the entire duration of the trip. I will keep everyone posted if that actually happens, I would not recommend renting this vehicle until host can confirm air conditioning issue is fixed. I asked prior to my trip were there any mechanical issues due to previous reviews and the host assured me all issues were fixed which was a lie.

The car was easy to find at the airport, but unfortunately the host had parked it in the short term parking overnight so I had to pay 24 dollars parking fee which was not mentioned in the description. I reached out to the host about the issue and sent him a photo of my parking receipt and my question/concerned was ignored in the chat. I had to call Turo to get my money back. Had the host just sent me a refund or acknowledged me, I would not be leaving this comment/review.
The car is efficient on gas which is nice. The brakes needed maintenance as it jerks/shakes while stopping.
