I got lost trying to find the car upon pickup and they were SO helpful with directions to the pick up location. First time driving a Fiat and it was wonderful for my trip! Thank you

The battery was not working twice on my trip. First when I received it and another time on the third day of my trip. Call it bad luck, overall just a poor experience. Likely the host was able to come the first day and in a few hours get to do some troubleshooting and the vehicle was working fine. The host was responsive and took action immediately. The 2nd issue occurred on my 3rd day of my trip, their troubleshooting was not a permanent fix but apart of a larger problem. Car was a just poor experience but I appreciate the host for being responsive and taking action when I needed it. 😔
