No hand off service- 30 mins on the phone later and the host told us to leave it where parked so disappointing and frustrating.

guest is a foreigner and did not know the parking rules in San franciso. Very rude and aggressive lady.

Perfect choice for day round trip (12 hours) to Napa Valley. Nice car, beautiful in pictures and easy to drive. Ken was always helping with doubts. Extra point that he received a car before time already set directly in his house because my hotel has not parking in a busy area.
