I have rented 3 cars so far and service always is great..This last car however was not up to the standards set before. I took the liberty of purchasing you the correct wiper fluid for winter conditions because with the storm, the one in the car froze and I was unable to drive safely, having to stop frequently in the middle of the snowstorm with a dirty windshield unable to use the wiper fluid to clear the view. I hope this gets reviewed in my next rental. Thank you
