One star because they eventually showed up and one star because the car lasted the trip. Everything else was disorganized, disrespectful and honestly traumatizing. They basically called me yelling at me making em think the car had been stolen when it was exactly where I told them it was. super stressful. Not worth it at all. Not a person but a middle man company that felt scammy more than once.

Juan was an absolutely amazing host. He was very compassionate and patient when I was running late because of traffic. The car ran great and was affordable. Im very happy with the experience!
