You will be provided access to the Tesla via the Tesla mobile app. Upon arrival, you can unlock the car using the Tesla app and then pair your mobile device as the key using the provided key card inside the vehicle.

How do I charge?
You have multiple options for charging. I’d recommend using a Tesla supercharger for fast charging. Those are easy to locate (red icons) on the map within the Teslas main display. These charge at hundreds of mph. You just put into the spot and plug into the charge port. Any fees will automatically charge the host and we will send an invoice post trip. Another option is using level 2 chargers. These are normally found at malls or in parking garages. These charge at 20-30mph and sometimes require a J-1772 adapter that should be located the trunk charger carrying case. The last option is the slowest and available in an emergency. This is the mobile connector in the trunk. It’s very slow and plugs into a normal house outlet. You can use this overnight to get some extra charger.
