There is a $150 deep Ozone cleaning fee (minimum). -NO PETS/SAND. Dien was very kind! I love Kia’s and this vehicle lived up to my expectation. The vehicle was extremely clean and smelled good. It runs smooth and is very good on gas and only took me about $26 to fill up. I would definitely book with Dien in the future. on how the car can be used.
Lied to me about having the registration and insurance in the car after I asked prior. Was told yes but it was only insurance. Not a good experience in 40 degree weather 50 minutes away from my house 🙁 I returned it immediately. Car was clean nice card inside but the communication was misinforming.
Wasn’t rude until I asked for registration and told me that was a weird question for me to ask once I received the car. Hopefully it works out for someone else…

Every document that is required by Turo is provided for this trip just like every other vehicle and previous trip of ours. Guest did not state her true intentions for this vehicle but rather asked around it. Unfortunately commercial usage is NOT allowed at this time. This is a retaliatory feedback. Thank you.
