We also do NOT ALLOW PETS in our vehicles. Turo's cleaning policy will be enforced for guests who smoke and/or transport animals in the vehicle, or return the vehicle excessively dirty/stained⚠️ Please don’t hesitate to contact me anytime.

I would advise anybody to not book with this host. I am mad that I even have to give a rating and a review. I reserved this car originally for four days due to my car being stolen. Fortunately I was able to purchase another car within a day so I no longer needed the Turo. I contacted the host directly through Turo messaging. She initially said to contact Turo through the messaging on the app but then texted my phone number and tried to convince me to keep the Turo which I repeatedly told her that I was needing to cancel. She eventually approved the request after I contacted Turo support directly. I returned the vehicle in the same exact condition I received it, sent pictures and now the host is harassing me about a tire that has no damage whatsoever. I only had the car for a day. I would advise anybody to not book with this host.

She called Turo to lie my tire explote I think just because she wanna return the car before the commitment she had, now my car is unlisted thanks her, my earnings are affected, and not happy with that she leave me 1 star? If you read all my reviews more than 300 trips, I always do my best for my guests,clean car, good cars, and now my time is wasting with Turo at the phone, and get my car listed again, Please do not rent her, any of your cars, because this not a good person, Peace.
