Good and bad my wife said the car drives good but had a smell to it she didn’t like. She also didn’t like floor mats

The car had air fresheners. If she didn’t like the smell, it’s reasonable to expect she could have removed them and replaced them before returning the car. As for the floor mat, it’s an all-weather mat I bought to make cleaning easier. I noticed she spilled something on it, which could have been a bigger issue if it had been the original mat. You can verify this in the trip photos. It seems she had some difficulty putting the mat back after trying to clean up the spill.
