Please remember zero smoking. For those of you who need a refresher smoking is: cigarettes, cigarillos, marijuana, vaping (not technically smoking but please don't), cigars, pipes, meth etc. Please just step outside of the vehicle for your fix. Dogs welcome but please make sure no major pet hair. Please make sure to select the pet option. Please make sure the vehicle is full of gas and clean inside and out and enjoy the ride. If you don't fill the car up I'll handle it but it's a $10 surcharge, just a heads up. And if it's super dirty you may be charged.

• Can I pick up the vehicle earlier or drop off later?

  Yes! we do allow a 30minute grace period for both pick up and drop off.

• Does the delivery fee include drop off and pick up?

  Absolutely. The fee is for both, you don't get that fee twice. I don't make money on the fee it just covers the cost to get the Journey to you. Trying to make a little money on the vehicle only :)

• How do I unlock the vehicle?

  Use Turo Go. It's a great feature to unlock and lock upon the start & end of your trip. Otherwise Let us know when you have arrived, and we will have it unlocked for you remotely or have a code for the key box!

• Can I bring my pet?

  Yes. Please add the pet extra.

• Can I reduce or extend my trip?

  Yes, please do everything in the Turo app. Try to extend early as guests book this exact vehicle - we're not a Hertz or Avis folks. Do you know what, Turo actually has one of the best applications on the market, hands down, just an FYI. We use a lot of apps so we know. Point is, go through the app for your travel plan changes, it's easy & efficient.
