Guidelines
We aren’t permitting that the vehicle travel more than two hours outside of Louisville. Car shouldn’t travel more than two hours outside of Louisville without owners prior approval. In addition to this, our keys have an Apple car tag on them in the event the key is lost or miss placed. You can remove it during your trip. Just know to replace the key ranges from $179 - $300 depending on the key type. You would be responsible for replacement if lost. Thank you.

I’m only doing a low rating because the windshield wipers weren’t replaced before the winter storm I couldn’t use the car. Otherwise great car great hosts

Very disappointing… made it very clear when she picked up the vehicle that if she had any questions or concerns. All she had to do is reach out left my phone number.. we checked out windshield wipers when she returned and they are working perfectly fine. However, in the middle of a 10 inch snowstorm with freezing rain.. not sure how well windshield wipers are going to work. Car is out on a reservation now and the Guest is perfectly happy with the car as well as the windshield wipers.. .
